As all requests for enlargements are custom made, please allow production & delivery time when placing your order.

Urgent orders can be accommodated if required... just let us know.

Digital Files... expect very fast delivery via a download link.

As of Dec 2011, approximately 12500 of the available 18500 images have the high resolution files preloaded onto our server. As a general guide, any image with a reference number higher than 6300 is available to download now as a Jpeg file once payment has been confirmed... for tiff files & images not preloaded the following delivery times apply:

    * Instantly if available on our server!

    * If not available on the server, then usually within three hours of your online order.

    * Guaranteed by 9am the next working day.

Print Only Orders... expect delivery within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks via Express Post or Fastway Couriers.

Framed, Canvas or Blockmounted Orders... expect delivery within 2-3 weeks via Fastway Couriers.
